Apple Cider Donuts

What better way to celebrate the first day of fall than waking up to some good ole autumnal cuisine? These Apple Cider Donuts are simple to prepare, and only take 10 mins to bake. It may not be really cool outside here in OK yet but it's coming so go ahead and get ready
Ingredients
Donut Batter:
2 C flour
2/3 C white sugar
2/3 C brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 C Chobani Champions Honey-Nana (about 2 little cups)
½ C apple cider
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp butter
¼ C milk
2 eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or just add nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon)
Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
1/4 cup of butter, melted
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. Add the melted butter, apple cider, Chobani Champions, milk, chopped apple and eggs.
4. Combine well until you have a smooth batter.
5. Spray donut pan with cooking spray, and fill pan with the batter.
6. Bake the donuts on 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before turning out onto a cooling rack.
8. Continue to bake all of the donuts, and let cool.
9. Combine the ingredient of the topping in a bowl, and mix until blended.
10. Lightly brush each donut with the melted butter.
11, Dunk in a bowl with the sugar and cinnamon mixed in.
13 Shake off excess sugar and serve immediately.
14. Enjoy!
